Donations to The LaFayette Foundation

The foundation is a Colorado not-for-profit 501 (c) 3 limited liability corporation.

What does this mean? It means that your donation to the LaFayette Foundation is tax exempt. For donations to the Foundation, you should ask for and receive a receipt. This receipt will enable you to consider your donation to the Foundation as a donation to a charitable organization.
