Miscellaneous U.S. WW-II Memorabilia

• Army Air Corps A2 jacket. Painted with the "Jiggs Up" noting 30 bomb missions.

• Army Air Corp A2 jacket, painted on back with U.S. Eagle, 30 bomb missions "Little Boy Blue" insignia. Includes painted squadron patch of the 388th bomb group on the front of the jacket.

• Navy Cross award letter from the Secretary of the Navy to Lt. Commander Clarence W. McClusky for heroic action at Midway. Includes Nanvy Cross, wings, Navy insignia and ribbon bar.

• American Volunteer Group metal grouping identified to Herbert Ross Cavanah. Includes CBI patch and reproduction Chinese Wings. Sgt. Cavanah was an enlisted flying sergeant with teh U.S. Navy when recruited for duty in the American Volunteer Group in China. He was a squadron leader with the American Volunteer Group until it was disbanded. Sgt. Cavanah's picture, as well as his name, appear in Larry Pistole's book on the American Volunteer Group.
